Fall In The Cypress Swamp
Cypress swamps cover a unique ecological range, some in temperate areas of the U.S. and others in the sub tropical regions of the gulf coast. On cool years, the bald cypress put on quite the fall color display of orange, yellow, and red as they prepare to shed their leaves. Fall is one of the most photogenic times in the swamp. The deciduous bald cypress tree leaves take on a rusty appearance and cool misty mornings are common on the water.
